Return & Exchange Policy
We are an online only clothing boutique. Our return and exchange policy is listed below. We want you to love your items, but if you don't, please follow the listed steps or contact us with any questions.
- You MUST email us, firstname.lastname@example.org, the information of the item(s) you are returning. We will then email you a return shipping label.
- We only offer STORE CREDIT for returns. We do NOT issue refunds back to your method of payment.
- Merchandise must be returned within 14 days from the order date.
- Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn with original tags still attached.
- Original invoice must be included in your return package. If you do not have your original invoice, you can print out your order confirmation email or go to your customer profile on our Website and print out your order summary.
- Store credit cannot be applied to future purchases until the return is processed. Meaning, you can not apply the store credit before we have actually issued it to you.
- Sale Items are FINAL SALE!
- All accessories are FINAL SALE!
- We do not hold items for returns or exchanges.
- Please allow 3 business days for return processing.
- Once your return is processed, we will email you with your store credit that you can use on the website.
- Any returns past the policy will not be accepted or store credited.
- Any items returned that do not meet the criteria can be returned to you but you are responsible for the shipping cost. If you do not pay to have your item(s) shipped back to you, we will donate your items after 30 days.
- Exchanges must be the same item, but different size request.
- We are not able to exchange for different items.
- If you need a different size in your item, note your size exchange on your invoice and send it back to our business address. If we have the item in stock in your requested size, we will send it to you. If we don't have your requested size, we will notify you about store credit.
- To ensure we have the size you are needing to exchange, please email us email@example.com so we can verify for you that we do have your size needed in stock. If we do not have your size and a reorder is not in place, we will issue a store credit for your item.
